At Corqueboard, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your Corqueboard Digital Sidewalk Board, we offer a return policy under the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

- The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

- Any damage or missing components may result in additional charges or rejection of the return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our team at mtodaro@corqueboard.com or call us at 612.669.3383 to initiate the return process.

2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: A valid RA number must be included with the return shipment.

3. Ship the Item: Send the product back to the address provided by our customer support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of inspection.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Exclusions

- Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.

- Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
